Solution 1: Restore licenses

  1. Open settings.
    Open PS5 settings
  2. Open Users and Accounts.

  3. Select Other.

  4. Click Restore Licenses.

  5. Click the Restore button.

Your PS5 will now restore licenses.

Check if the deleted game still appears on the home screen. If it's still there, try the next solution.

Solution 2: Rebuild database

Note: Rebuilding the database is 100% safe and will not delete anything.

  1. Turn off your PlayStation 5 completely.
  2. Press the power button on your PS5 and hold it for about 6 to 8 seconds until you hear a second beep.
